We can offer you a totally contactless sales experience, with a Click & Collect Service, should you require it. The steps below will guide you through our contactless experience, giving you the choice on whether you would prefer to come along to visit us, or us visit you at your home. Alternatively, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you with any queries you may have.
If you have seen a vehicle online, did you know you can get in touch via Live Chat, Facebook, Email or Telephone to enquire further, without visiting the dealership, and one of our experienced sales team will be able to help you, and to discuss any part-exchange you may have to offer.
Also, all of our approved used cars can now be reserved online for just £200!
Once you have made your enquiry, one of our sales team will be in touch to arrange a convenient time for us to bring the vehicle to you for an unaccompanied home test drive or at the dealership. During which we will adhere to all Social Distancing guidelines if needed, as well as ensuring all touch points of the vehicle are sanitised before and after your test drive. Also available, at no cost to you, we can produce a personalised video presentation to send to you electronically, along with any information you require.
If it’s the right car for you, everything from this point can be done remotely and totally contactless. Paperwork and signing of any finance documents can be done securely via our "Sign Online Anywhere" facility.
While your new car is being prepared for you, you can take the time to decide if you would like to collect in person, socially distanced if needed, or you would like us to deliver to you at home (free of charge up 20 miles), at a mutually convenient time.
A few days after you have received your new car, we will be in touch to see how you are getting on, to make sure everything is to your satisfaction, and answer any questions you may have. And finally to say thank you for choosing us, and happy motoring.
